The Mech. Shop.. A place of many wonders, and junk.  It seems the patients worked within this building as a type of therapy.  From some of the junk, it seems they repaired chairs, window shades, wheel chairs, windows, benches, and many other simple items found within the campus.  Also apparently a child set a room in the upper floor on fire, just one of the many reasons why places like these have to have security patroling.
